You sign a Company Let Agreement directly with United Relocation on a Long Term basis which secures a guaranteed income for you and also guarantees no rental voids for your absolute peace of mind.

Step 2

Offer House

Offer House

Instead of the traditional letting options, you let your house privately to United Relocation. With no monthly management fees, you then make more profit every month.

Step 3

We Fully Furnish the House

We Fully Furnish the House

We create a fresh, unique and modern personality to each house we operate. This is built from our choices in furniture, decorating and soft furnishings we carefully place in the house; to create a Home. The quality we offer is always well received, and goes a long way to creating the strong and respectful house dynamic we always strive to create.

Step 4

We Move In Our Tenants

We Move In Our Tenants

We work with medium to large companies in your local area; companies who regularly have contractors and apprentices relocating to the area for 6+ month contracts working at their facilities. We help make their relocations easy! We conduct extensive checks on these working professionals; checks on their credit, employment and recent living, to ensure they’re suitable for our house share environments and conducive towards our high standard of house dynamic.

Guaranteed Rent

Guaranteed Rent

We Guarantee your rent. Its that simple! Every month, without fail, we make the full rent payment direct to you as per our agreement. Any payment problems from our tenants are our issue to deal with, and one you will never have to get involved with.

We have the house covered!

We have the house covered!

Issue in the house? Don’t worry; we’re on the case. As per the terms we’ll agree in our letting agreement, we will resolve, fix and pay for any pesky day to day issues that may arise in the house as they sometimes do, e.g. door handles functioning incorrectly, dishwashers not cleaning properly, tired looking walls or scuffs that need some redecoration.

End of Term Options

End of Term Options

At the end of the term; we’ll happily agree a further long term extension, or if you require the property back then we simply return the house back in an immaculate state.
